Connect to microsoft sharepoint database (.accdb) stored localy

I use microsoft sharepoint and coldfusion9. when i create a list in sharepoint, i save the database locally on my computer to update without having to go on the website. my question is when i try to add it in the administrator database it doesnt recognize it? any thoughts. Mike
