Drop down selection for different department email addresses and simple contact us form.

Looking for simple 'contact us' form that will allow a drop down selection of different department email addresses and then email form to the selected email. Using Coldfusion 9. Am a librarian, not a programmer so I realize this is probably easy but beyond me at the moment. I currently use cffprotect on my forms so I don't have to use captcha.
