File path must show up on the form (and be correct) each time it is opened (and print out)

I have 3 new requirements for all Adobe PDF forms: 1--they must have the current date printed on them each time they're saved, 2--they must have the file location/path updated (printed on the form) each time they're opened, and 3--they must show the current time when they were saved. I already have No. 1 figured out but need help with the other two. Please help.
