Problem
When you go to a project's properties, specifically: Flex build path & Flex modules, the option's window is not displaying correctly.
When you maximize the code section, the vertical scrollbar disappears.
Solution
This is an Eclipse 32 Bits problem but it is fixable.
1. First you need to download Eclipse 3.4.1 32 Bits here. (32 Bits because Flex Builder 3 Plug-in is not installing on 64 Bits Eclipse version).
2. Install Flex Builder 3 Plug-in.
