How do I toggle items in the legend of my charts? How can I toggle between data sets?

The ideal output of what I am seeking would look something like this: http://i.min.us/ilZ89g.png I am basically wondering how to be more flexible with charts in Flash Builder. I need to have one chart display a whole load of various information that can be controlled by the user. First I was wondering how I can switch between various data sets using a combo box (in this example, the 3 different employees), and second I was wondering how I can pick and choose which legend items I can view (so as to compare different years as seen in this example).
