I'm working with livecycle to create a pdf form and is there a way to create a javascript for a radio button list with 3 or more buttons?

I'm very new with LiveCycle and this is actually my first form. I'm looking for a javascript just to get me started on creating a radio button list with three buttons. When one of the three buttons is clicked, certain information appears on the form. For example, when the person clicks on a radio button words are added to the title of the form. Help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks.
