I need to have the text in my table to wrap down rather than expand the table.

I have fluid and fixed tables in my website. It is coded to fit the entire browser window, but the tables are expanding and making it too big. What code can I put in the body or the head tag to stop the tables from expanding. My gosh it shouldn't be this hard.Website URL http://www.tooelehealth.org
