Creating InDesign files from scrap for digital (tablet) publications isn't too difficult. But you need to design within certain borders and boundaries, and 'soft proof' your creation constantly.
Of course the InDesign files are in a horizontal and vertical orientation (iPad format, 1024x768). But they also offer several layers to show and hide typical iPad edges, Viewer borders, bars, and panels. The master page features a simple column grid to adapt freely, and some extra guidelines
to indicate the margins for the Viewer bars.
Please let me know what you think of them, and how I might improve them.
