I want to render a pdf using live cycle designer which will make standalone swf file which will be rendered in a client browser both in UI version of guide and PDF both in offline and online. Any help on this will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Detailed explanation

The output from LiveCycle Designer is either PDF or XDP but not SWF. While you can design a Guide from within Designer this guide is visible only when rendered online through Adobe LiveCycle Forms.

If you wish to create an online / offline PDF that includes Flash content then you could use Acrobat to add SWF content to a PDF document. Alternatively you could create your solution using a Flex interface and enable the same swf to be enabled both online and offline via AIR.
