Problem

Providing an interesting demo of Flex as a Database front end using PHP/Zend AMF and PostgreSQL. A live demo and all the source code are provided along with an 11 page tutorial.

Solution

I am making these freely available to the public as it is a great way to work and requires a number of disparate technologies to work together. That took me a while to figure out, so I am making this tutorial/demo available to make it easier on the next guy.

Detailed explanation

As a Flex developer and Tech Author/Trainer I have taken some time to develop an interesting demo of Flex as a Database front end using PHP/Zend AMF and PostgreSQL.

That live Demo is here:  http://digitalshowcase.biz/demos/players/Players.html

The 11 page Tutorial and Code bundle are here:  http://digitalshowcase.biz/wordpress/?page_id=14
